In a couple of days, people from around the world will be celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Week (RAKW). From February 11th – 17th, everyone is encouraged to take this week to get in the habit of completing kind acts towards others, ourselves, and the world around us. The week was created by a foundation with the same name with a dream that daily random acts of kindness will become a normal part of everyone’s lives.

At KeBe, we recognize that most of us lead very busy lives and it can be difficult to integrate impromptu kind acts into our daily lives. To help with this, we created a Kindness Planner (below) to ensure you complete a kind act everyday of RAKW, and beyond!

You can download a copy of this planner here

Ahead of next week, take some time to complete this planner and think about the types of kind acts you can take on. To help get you started, check out our blog posts where we highlight some easy ways to be kind to our coworkers in virtual settingsin our digital footprint, and to ourselves during busy periods like the holidays. Once you complete the planner, you’ll see how easy it to plan out kind acts. You might event feel compelled to use this planner at the start of every week!

Happy Random Acts of Kindness Week!
